I'm Reading Breaking Dawn

And I love it! I am so into it, but I know it is unfair that I get to read it first, so i will not be posting anything on my blog! Its not fair that you all have to read it yourselves and stay in suspense like I have but just so you know, you will not be disappointed! It is just as good as her other books. Sorry I will not leak any information. You will all just have to read it!

Breaking Dawn

So my sister had to fly over to Louisiana for work and on her way back she had to fly thru the Atlanta Airport. Guess what she saw! Yes, this book out, 2 days early!! So yes she nabbed the book and sat in first class all the way home to salt lake and read it! And the best part is she bought one for me!! I will be able to start reading 2 days early! I am so excited that she saw that! YAY!

Full Plate

So this week is going to be a very busy week, for me at least. Monday thru Friday, only during 8-5 I'm babysitting a 2 year old boy, Noah. Then during that week, Wednesday, I'll be babysitting the neighbors 14 year old boys. (there is 2, not twins. One's adopted then she had another right after) Will be watching them until next Tuesday. Have to sleep there and stuff too. Then on Monday, Wednesday morning, and all day Thursday I'll have the Newman kids (my niece and nephew that I nanny for) so that is like 2 two year olds, one 5 year old, and two 14 year olds! AHH, and Sam is going to be on transports and not really around. Also Omini is going to be coming this weekend and Sam will be taking him camping for the ward camp out. I am going to be sooo busy! So if anyone is bored and wants to watch some kids, I have a few. The two 14 year olds are a little rebellious! Well, the one that is adopted is. He took his dad's brand new Infinity for a joy ride the other day! Scratched the entire side of the car and the scratch was about 2 feet tall and the length of the car! I hope that doesn't happen while I am watching them! I think they are a little too young to think about sneaking out, but Sam says they probably already do! YIKES!! Then my sister, Rachel, who I nanny her kids, will be leaving for India in a few weeks, for 2 whole weeks. Wow, that is along time to be gone in India. I will be watching the kids when she leaves for that. I am really going to need a vacation in September when this is all done.

24th July Spanish Fork Rodeo

I hope everyone had a safe and happy 24th of July! First my family and I went up the canyon for breakfast and then we came back and most of us went to a movie. Sam was working so I had to pick him up from the airport. Sam and I went to the Spanish Fork Rodeo last night. For me that was only my 2nd rodeo I've ever been to. The first was in Jackson Hole about 5 years ago! It was fun! The only thing was that we were at the top of the bleachers and it was a scary climb because my foot wasn't still up to par. I'm thinking now that it's broken! LOL! Here are some pictures Sara took!!!

Adoption

So as most of you know my husband Sam is adopted. We think it was a great blessing he was, because him being Samoan and then living in Samoa, we never would have met. Yesterday I had the opportunity to go to the courts while my cousin Candace and her husband adopted two girls. They are not able to get pregnant and so this was there only option. These two girls had a really rough up bringing and to have them be adopted by my cousin and her husband will really give them a great new life, compared to the crappy one they were headed for. Their names are Meagan, who is 9, and getting baptized this Saturday (now that the adoption is finalized) and Natalie who is 5. They are so cute! Here are some pictures of the adoption yesterday!

My mom and I went and took my niece Kaylee who is the same age as Natalie. The two girls, who are adopted, are holding bears.

The Championship Game

......was lost!! There were some great photos of Sam. Here's just a few!

Lake Powell July 08

This is our fun trip of the year and it was even more fun for Sammy and myself because his adorable son Omini came. We miss you already Omi! Love ya!

These are some awesome pictures I took of Sam doing tricks on the wakeboard!

Sara's foot. It's still all swollen and I'm going in for an x-ray on Monday. For all of you that know me, I have big problems with my ankles, I was in a boot last year for like 6 months from a car accident and now this is on my other foot. I did this on Sunday on that hike. I fell off a little cliff chasing after Omini. He landed it and I didn't. This is the result!

Memories

MEMORY TAG!!!
This sounds like a lot of fun and I have had fun remembering memories about all my friends so it is your turn.

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. I can't wait to see what people remember.

I tag everyone reading my Blog!

Omini

Well that's right folks, Sam was finally able to see his son this week. We were actually able to take him to Lake Powell. We are still working things out with Omini's mother, to see when and how often we get to see Omi, but he is back in our lives, and yes that makes me a step mother! All gifts and advice would be very much appreciated! Just kidding! We love having his son in our lives and this is an awesome experience for Sam and myself. He is the cutest kid and so funny. He grew attached to my little brothers Richie and Spencer. We had a great time with Omi and can't wait to get to know him more. It has been something of around 5 or more years since Sam last saw him and we are so thankful and greatful to have him in our lives. Wanna see a picture of what he looks like now? I will have another post marked Lake Powell in a few, but just to see his cute face!
