Transports

As some of you may know, Sammy works for a transporting company.  He transports troubled teens. So parents call his company and ask them to come out and get there kid out of the house.  Most of these kids he picks up from out of state and usually brings them back to programs here in Utah.  There is probably about 50 plus programs just in Utah.  There's a law here in Utah that says minors have to go to a facility.  Other states say that the kid has to consent, but not in Utah, they HAVE to go.  So he just picks them up and takes them to these programs.  What kind you ask?  Well, they are usually wilderness programs for kids that are into drugs, alcohol, sex, breaking laws, not going to school, stuff like that.  Sometimes they are dangerous pick ups but Sammy always goes out with another partner so they can handle their own.  So I'm keeping a log on the side if you want to know where has been. And if there is any interesting stories, which there ALWAYS is, you can check out where he's been.  His company is now starting to do international ones, so he may go back to Samoa (where he's from) or to places like the Philippines or Korea stuff like that.  Kinda cool!

Hey there! This is Sam's cousin. Just found your blog. I met you briefly in November in SLC

It's great to be updated on your lives. I had no idea that's what Sam did for an occupation. That's pretty cool.
